Who we are: Hardin, Jesson and Terry, PLC is a general practice law firm, located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The firm's founder, G.C. Hardin, established a practice that led to the formation of the firm in 1909, to predominantly serve the legal needs of business clients. The partners recruit and retain talented and experienced lawyers who practice in a variety of areas.  Four of the firm's attorneys are AV rated; two are fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The firm handles business transaction needs for many clients. However, the main focus of the practice is on assisting clients with their litigation matters in both state and federal courts.

Where we help: The firm's particular geographical coverage emphasizes, but is not limited to, the Arkansas cities of Fort Smith in Sebastian County, Van Buren in Crawford County, Fayetteville in Washington County and Bentonville in Benton County. The firm also serves clients in Poteau in LeFlore County and Sallisaw in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma.

What we do: The firm is a general practice that delivers responsible and competent legal services to businesses and individuals in a number of areas, including, but never limited to insurance litigation, commercial transactions, products liability, nursing home, and wrongful death litigation, railroad law, bank foreclosures, real estate litigation, oil and gas law, land leases, estate planning and probate administration matters.
